Your reservation will be secured with a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Booking inside of 60 days requires full payment. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a $500.00 refundable damage deposit required with the final payment along with a valid credit card to be kept on file in the event of any damages over and above the $500.00 damage deposit.
The following conditions must be met in order to receive your damage deposit back in full.
- All debris, rubbish and discards are to be placed in trash receptacle that is outside the door of the condo unit near elevators.
- Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and put through wash cycle.
- Beds are stripped of dirty linens and left by washing machine with used towels. (It is not necessary to take mattress covers, bed spreads and comforters off the bed unless they are soiled).
- Any furniture that is moved during your stay must be put back in the original position.
- All keys left in the designated area.
- No linens lost or damaged.
- NO late check outs.
- Parking passes are returned to the unit upon departure. There is a$50.00 charge for lost parking passes.
- No damage to appliances, furniture or fixtures.
Food and beverages are not allowed in the bedrooms and any stains or spills on carpet and bedding due to food or beverages in bedrooms will result in charges against your deposit.
If there are any accidents or items broken during your stay it must be reported immediately so that it can be addressed before the next guest arrives. Any unreported damage will result in charges against your deposit.

If you notice something is damaged or broken upon arrival to the unit or it is not sufficiently clean; please call 978-333-9065. There is no recourse if you notify me several days into your stay that there is something wrong.
CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than (60) days prior to your arrival date are refundable minus a 5% administrative fee or $50.00 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes made to your reservation inside of the (60) days forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance which can be bought for pennies on the dollar to protect you and give you peace of mind in the event of unforeseen circumstances where you may have to cancel your reservation. There are many travel insurance companies to choose from on line.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests staying overnight is limited to (6) persons including children and
infants. You will be asked to leave the unit if it is realized there are more than 6 guests staying in the unit and all payments will be forfeited.
INCLUSIVE FEES: Rates include a onetime linen and towel set up. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies paid in regard to the reservation and will not be permitted to check in.
PARKING: Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles at all times. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. There is no street parking. Any illegally parked cars will be subject to towing and all applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicles owner/s.
BALCONIES: Towels, clothing and bathing suits cannot be hung on balcony railings. Nothing can be thrown from the balcony including but not limited to cigarette butts. Gas grills and Hibachi’s are not allowed to be used on the balconies. Electric grills however are approved for balcony use.

Unit 505 at Harborview Grande is privately owned. The owners Karen and John Bickford are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, death, terrorist attacks, loss of valuables and personal property due to theft as well as natural acts of God that may occur while in the condo unit, the premises or its facilities.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

I hereby give permission to charge my credit card for rental payments as well as my damage deposit and for any damage that may occur over the damage deposit amount.
